The Executive Physical @ NCIM is designed to be comprehensive and sophisticated, while respecting the competing demands on your time. Our goal is to give you “Executive Level Treatment” without the executive price tag.

At NCIM you will be evaluated by four healthcare professionals each of whom are highly qualified in their disciplines. Equally important is their follow-up analysis and personalized results and action plan.

Your Experience

We perform a comprehensive medical evaluation that includes assessments of an integrative medical team comprised of a medical doctor, chiropractic doctor, naturopathic doctor, and personal trainer/exercise specialist.
We perform blood tests, radiological imaging, fitness testing, cardiovascular and pulmonary function analysis.
You do not need to travel to multiple sites to visit our healthcare team or have testing performed.
You decide what day you want to come in and we do the rest.
Our facility provides a stress-free environment with minimal waiting times.
A luxurious waiting room and business center with internet access are provided.
Our executive health physical is unique to the Joliet area if not the country as a whole. We offer the only community based executive health program in the country.

Our diagnostic testing is state-of-the-art and assesses your overall health status. Most of our tests are not routinely performed in a doctor’s office.

Lab Testing and Diagnostics

We provide lab tests that screen for the most common medical conditions including diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer, liver and kidney diseases, hormonal imbalances, and many more.

Advanced lipid testing provides the most detailed analysis of cholesterol available and the most accurate way to determine the risk of heart disease with a blood test.
EKG, ankle-brachial index, Spirometry, and chest X-ray provide valuable information about the health of your cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
Bone density measurement and analysis provides details about your bone health.
Whole body composition analysis provides a precise measurement and image of fat and lean muscle percentages throughout the body.
Glaucoma and Hearing screening.
Additional testing: PSA (prostate specific antigen) for men and Pap Smear for women.
Fitness testing provides various measures of an individual’s level of physical fitness including resting metabolic rate, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Follow up and Action plan

Many of your past follow-ups after an annual physical are brief and uninformative with the “everything is normal” phone call. At NCIM, we believe that the follow-up is as important as, if not more, than the initial testing.

We schedule a follow-up conference in a boardroom setting about a week after the comprehensive physical to explain in detail the significance of your exam findings and test results.
We design a personalized health and wellness action plan and assist in implementing it. Complementary and alternative treatments offered at our facility that are effective in treating health problems found in our evaluation may be recommended.
All of the summaries, recommendations, test data and reports will be stored in a digital format and given to you so that they can be conveniently presented to your physician.
We assist in making the appropriate referrals to primary care doctors and specialists in the community if needed.
We schedule quarterly follow-ups to evaluate your progress in implementing your health and wellness plan.
